Rapid Review - our intense 10-day review and recommendation regarding what needs to be done to get you to repeatable sales revenue in 120-days. Does your solution have 'legs'? What do you really sell? Who do you want to sell to and why would they buy it? What are the customers pain and gain references? Who is the competition? What is the market size, segments and targets? What are the market dynamics? What are the sales priorities?
Build the Sales Process - we take the findings of the Rapid Review and go on to create or refine your go-to-market strategy and map out the steps of the Alandale solution sales process. This typically takes 12-15 days and includes building the supporting sales materials to reflect the power proposition by market sector and the 'pain' & 'gain' references.
Test the Sales Process - we test the messages, process and supporting sales materials from the Build the Sales Process using a controlled element of the target market until they work and are able to deliver repeatable sales. Daily reviews, changes and tweaks can be required as part of this cyclical process - honing in on the optimal proposition, process, audience and price. Each day we build and improve the sales ratios and ultimately, from an end-to-end process perspective, we want to know how many times we have to pick up the phone to close a deal. This documented process typically takes 8-weeks.
Sales Delivery - once we have proven this fundamental blueprint for sales success our role is to ensure that the right resources, doing the right parts of the sales process, are in place to deliver new sales. We call this the Sales Delivery phase. If required, we will plug in Alandale marketing and sales resource to scale up the prospecting, presenting and closing process to deliver new sales.
