Alandale's Rapid Review offers a fresh approach to business planning and development.
Typically lasting just 10-days, the program is designed to give a quick and accurate view of your company's vision, customers, competitors and capabilities. From this we are able to derive recommendations for a clear and differentiated proposition and establish priorities for the way forward - including a process for strong, repeatable sales.
The program covers business to business research, analysis of the results and practical, strategic advice from the analysis. The programme is highly interactive and comprises 3 stages :
Discovery Workshop - 1 day
Located in your offices, this session allows us to understand your view of your company, its offering and your market. It is useful to have the senior team in attendance, plus any other senior influencers in the company.
Rapid Review Research - 8 days
Alandale will research your market, potential customers and competitors in depth. The research may include interviews with current customers to determine why do they buy and validate what we call their business pain and gain. It generally also includes 'mystery shopping' market research amongst your competitors, enabling us to understand their proposition and sales process.
Feedback Session - 1 day
This session enables Alandale to present the detailed review and recommendations from the Rapid Review including marketing strategy, messaging and priority next actions to implement these findings into a 90-day sales activity plan. There is plenty of opportunity for discussion and interaction.
